Say what you will, but I personally think we owe a debt of gratitude to Maroon Dawn. His single post on Texags was such a tempt to fate that it literally changed the fabric of the universe.
Had he not posted, OU would not have mounted an improbable comeback minutes later that set the whorns reeling and eventually leading to a 5-7 record and Calzada would never have had the game of his life to take down Bama and help lead to what looks to be an amazingly bright future for ATM football.
The universe went to great improbable lengths just to spite his 1 poorly timed prediction and we all get to bask in its glory.
