I downloaded the CBS app on my iPad. Looks like that will work. Not as good as my 65" TV, but better than not having fire before the microwave, I.e., listening on the radio.


It's not something your house is wired for, just go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get an antenna and screw it into the back of your tv
Went to Home Depot per your suggestion. I noticed a lot of the OTA antennas had tape on them as if returned. I am north of New Braunfels in the Hill County and all the TV broadcast antenna are on the south side of San Antonio. I suspected at the time, that they were returned because they did not work. I confirmed that theory so will return it tomorrow. Guess I've run out of options to watch the game.

My folks went to HD looking for an OTA Antenna, guy there said, "Sorry we're completely out. If you didn't know A&M is playing Alabama tonight!"

My next step was have mom get to convince Dish their house was just a billing address and get different locals. Now I'm trying to talk get through technology. Non-smart HD TVs... ugh...
