All I see are WRs who can't get open and don't know their assignments.

I'll give some of the pass today on Arkansas dropping 8 all game long, but the point remains.

The talent is there no doubt. The coaching seems to be absent.

I haven't felt good about our WRs since 2018

That's fine and dandy but he needs to be reassigned and let someone who can coach these guys on how to create separation and setting up DBs to create space while running routes. It's been an ongoing problem since at least last season, and it goes for every receiver. Route running separates good from great receivers.

I doubt receivers couldn't get open. The one look we got on TV was a wide open Wydermeir with Calzada looking right at him but refusing to throw the ball. You have to throw the ball to complete a pass.

Yes, I'm not a fan of all the zoomed in shots now that don't give us a good look downfield.

Minus recruiting he is absolutely worthless! Horrible position coach! WR's never run correct routes and do not seem to be on the same page with the QB half the time. Jimbo is loyal to him so he's probably not going anywhere unless he chooses but it is definitely time for a new WR's coach.

Yeah, he just stares at his desk; but it looks like he is working. He does that for probably another hour after lunch, too. I'd say in a given week he probably does only about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.

I will say this. Sumlin's WR staff was better than the current, and it's not because of talent. Our WRs underperform every single game.

Moorhead? Moorhead was awful and also made us look bad to recruits, but his WRs played better than the current ones.

If I'm Jimbo, and even more, Demond, , I'm pissed at the lack of development.
