Not sure any of the Big 12 schools meet the Pac-12's "academic" standards." They are snooty that way.

But, a visit to Lubbock may keep the California folks from moving to Texas.



My gosh, that's something I hadn't thought about. Maybe Tech would make a good Pac member if only for that reason.

Might not be bad for those left out. They won't have to pay to play as much. They could have a more traditional CFB experience that would be attractive to many fans.
