Your last sentence says beat them. You know football has refs don't you? With zebras on field you have to beat Texas by 28. Otherwise it shows up as a loss. When playing Texas you have to play 11 on 12,13,14 every time. One reason I hate TU. They can't win on the quality of product alone.

I cannot imagine her knowing and not sharp, given our leadership situation at the time. I think if anything sharp told her to keep quiet, which make sense since she was only interim. If they find out sharp knew and kept from others, he is gone (unless he can give a really good reason why he hid it).

I don't buy a situation where an interim prez knew and a micromanager chancellor like sharp didn't.

1) you don't think Bama and to a lesser extent LSU UGA and UF enjoy those same biases?

2) if it was so rigged in their favor why have they sucked so bad the last 10 years and why did they only win 3 or 4 conference titles in the 26 year existence of the Big 12?

Old Army warned this would happen years ago when A&M was transitioned from the all-male military college to Texas A&M University.
Many people dismissed their concerns then...including General Rudder at the time...but it turns out they were right.

I think her statement betrays the fact that A&M is going along with this. It's mostly a bunch of nothing, except she leads witn the "change is hard" crap. To me, that is telling. It screams "calm down, we know what's best for you".
