To me, it's like you have this great life with a beautiful pool in the perfect neighborhood, then all of a sudden family circumstances change where you have a smelly disgusting in-law have to move in that takes a dump in your pool every day.

Worse, it's a guy that from a 100 miles away you coukd tell was going to be an evil boor, but no one woukd listen.

Texas is assho for sure but they won't get away with the same shenanigans in the SEC. I wouldn't be surprised if they leave voluntarily within a decade to become an independent because nobody respects the special treatment they deserve.

Should be a good chance to poach some recruits from sips and thieves, now that they have acknowledged the b12 sucks.

Bull****, they've already gotten Sankey to act like them apparently.

We have a decade head start in this conference, and they've been on the decline since. New coach, attrition, and a ton of chaos and baggage in their program. If this had to happen? Better now than sometime later on I suppose. I imagine a scenario where the title game is forced to rotate between east and west.

Also, I hope anyone who wanted to extend an invite, or play the game again in the past is getting slapped with reality.

Since their entrance was sneaking in in the middle of the night and our own conference backstabbing us, it's very clear that it's meet new conference same as the old conference. They show by letting the sips deal on their turn that they'll be able to pull the same sh*t they've done their entire existence. In the end we did not escape them at all.

We handed them their asses when we made the change to the SEC. A buddy of mine was in austin the week of the announcement, and the 'sips were walking around in disbelief... absolute shock. Now, they want to come to OUR conference, with no doubt an attitude of "we let you test the waters first"... and anyone that thinks the SEC leadership/member schools will smack them down when they start their old tricks, you are delusional. It's like inviting someone to empty their septic tank into your swimming pool.
