Hell how do we know Forest Gump doesn't have AIDS?? They porked long after Jenny had been heavy into drugs and sex and all that so there's a good chance she contracted HIV before they did the no pants dance and she got knocked up.

No. Definitely the aids. To paraphrase, Jenny tells Forrest, "the doctors say I have some kind of virus." And the year was 1980-81 right at the beginning of aids becoming a thing.
