I have not seen the magazine for sale at any news stands, and I can't find a way to order it directly from Campbell's website.

I'm not sure when it's released but I always find them at HEB around this time of year! To order it online I think you have to go to their website and subscribe to them

I enjoy the comments but I have had no luck finding the magazine. Kroger and HEB doesn't have it. Barnes and Noble couldn't locate it on their computer.
