I'm just asking has anybody else heard about this guy

He's signing on Feb 3rd. Aggies are in his final 5.

I think Staff had said no. Interesting, we shall see.

I think he will end up at Bama or Florida.

We are probably going to land Jardin Gilbert on Jan 2, and that will cap off a really solid DB class.

Premium staff signaled that analyst is really untrustworthy. Have seen nothing suggesting we're in his Top 2, just top 5 so far. Gilbert a better guess than Arnold's florida self who hasn't rumored to us thus far.

I think this really comes down to if whether or not Bama has the extra spot or not. Arnold is a Bama type Safety. I think he can eventually be better than Richardson and AJ. He's that good. Even with Gilbert presumably onboard, you take Arnold, period. Arnold will play early if he chooses A&M. This is between Bama and A&M now. FL is on the outside looking in IMHO.

I hope this is like the Mack Jack situation last year. (fingers crossed)

i dont trust the staff on here on anything other than texas guys . there very bad at outside the state on recruiting every yr we get guys that they doint have a clue other than in state guys

It may be more than "in it" he possibly could have already signed and is waiting to announce.

Interesting... where are you seeing this? I follow recruiting really closely but I must've completely overlooked this one

LSU site is saying Jardin Gilbert heading their way. Thought he already signed somewhere. Not sure if this is good news on Arnold or bad news on Gilbert. Really hope we land one of these dudes.

I believe Gilbert did sign. I felt pretty good about him being an Ag but this makes Jan 2 more interesting.
