Offensive line struggled (LSU was great). WR's struggled to create separation. Therefore Mond struggled. If the O line gets back to form and the WR's have great game, you will see a different outcome offensively

That all may be true...the guys argument was a better qb would have us ranked 1 or 2, which I think we are more than a better qb away from beating bama. But thanks for the information.

You must've been watching a different game. I saw Mond have have lots of time to throw, Mond staring down receivers, and Mond overthrowing receivers at least 8-10 times. The WRs need to work on jumping 10ft in the air to make those catches though.
You are a little bit right about the WRs. They aren't that great against any team in getting open, but Saturday it was Mond.

The guy has a bad game after a pretty strong season to this point and TexAgs wants his head. Sounds about right. He didn't play well and the fumble was a major screw up. But after 2 weeks off and the worst weather we've played in in a very long time I am willing to give him a bit of a pass. If we look like that on offense against Auburn then yikes, but I don't think that'll be the case.

Our OL did pretty bad at run blocking, outside of three plays (one of which was called back for holding). Given how dominant we have been the rest of the year, this really hurt us, especially with the weather conditions.

I bought a house and have spent several days during the holiday moving. I made time however to attend the game and yelled till I was hoarse because I'm a true fan of this football team unlike so many

A better quarterback would've orchestrated an offense that kept the ball out of Bama's hands and kept them from scoring so many style points.
