If the Ags had a decent QB they would be ranked #1 or 2 in the country. He's dragging this whole team down.

A better qb would have stopped bama from launching 50+ yd td passes? Ok

A better qb wouldn't have games like last night.
A better qb would rank higher than 56 out of 125 qb's for total qbr at the current point of the season. Mond currently sits at that spot with a 66 score, and he ranks 10th out of 16 qb's ranked for the SEC, sandwiched between Wilson from UK and Brennan from LSU.
Well. We're waiting.phatbc said:

He had a "statuesque" performance!
so far, this year. His game against LSU last year was probably his worst of his career, but maybe I have blacked out a couple of the ones against Alabama.Foxo said:
Statistically, was this Mond's worst game?

Offensive line struggled (LSU was great). WR's struggled to create separation. Therefore Mond struggled. If the O line gets back to form and the WR's have great game, you will see a different outcome offensively

You must've been watching a different game. I saw Mond have have lots of time to throw, Mond staring down receivers, and Mond overthrowing receivers at least 8-10 times. The WRs need to work on jumping 10ft in the air to make those catches though.
You are a little bit right about the WRs. They aren't that great against any team in getting open, but Saturday it was Mond.

McDade only shows up if Mond had a chance to pad his stats in garbage time so that he looks like he had a respectable game.
