Based on an Orlando Sentinel article, it SOUNDS like those players tested positive last week and did not travel. But it's not 100% clear.

They will retest A&M players and if we're negative great, if positive players wont play. Simple as that

As for contact tracing, if players are symptomatic then you only really focus on contacts in the 48 hours prior to symptoms starting so we'd probably be out of that window.

I saw something about how Florida now has 19 positives. I dont see how its possible that this wouldnt affect us also

All I know is I trust the Florida student newspaper writer who broke this story a hell of a lot more than a school coached by a guy who when he was at Miss St once tried to walk out of a presser and threatened to stop talking to media after reporters asked him if two players were injured that he had just seemingly implied were hurt.

At least we beat them BEFORE Covid. Imagine if they got Covid after, this win would never have happened.

Bad news. We will likely see some Ags test positive and people will discredit our win due to Florida players being sick on Saturday but not knowing it yet. Bummer.

Hell football players are more than reasonably fit, though some lineman are pretty fat, and 18 to 22 years old, play though it.

The Titans didn't seem to spread it to the Vikings. I know it's a different sport but there wasn't team-team spread in baseball either that I know of.

This thing is really hard to spread if you are moving around in a wide open space.

Odds this thing can be directly tied to the opposite team is unrealistic, even if it does happen so likely will never know.
