On first down we throw into the end zone, then on 2nd down. We spend too much time trying to highlight players (Mond and smith) and do nothing but shoot ourselves in the foot.

I am not happy at all that he has played this poorly but you can't deny Mond hasn't played at a SEC starter caliber.
