I'd say he's very consistent, he's been the same qb for 3 years now. Not really a knock, just what it is.

Mond is consistently inconsistent.

The OL needs to be improved or he will not be super effective.
My biggest concern is our fans booing him if he has a bad series .
Seems to be a lot of hate for him because of his stance on Sully, etc.

This OL is pretty bad IMO.

Mond.

I hope Mond focuses on football. If he hopes to continue playing that is where his mind needs to be.

Otherwise, I worry about the void between Mond's ears.

Not nearly as bad as some folks want to say.

The OL is not the cause of Mond's slow release, his slow progressions, his inability to read pressure. How many times did he run directly into a sack? He takes way too long to get rid of the ball, making the OL's job harder. Fails to pick up open receivers, so he keeps trying to scan the field.

The OL is not the best. But any decent QB would be fine with it.
