you know...your thread brings up a very interesting question:

does A&M return the trip to Boulder if the 2020 season is cancelled?

or perhaps the better question: why would A&M return the trip to Boulder? Since the Buffs would have never come to Kyle.

(semi-deja vu from the mid-90's...when CU never returned the 95 game to Kyle since the new league was formed and messed up the planned home&home)

this seems the easiest for everything.

that does seem like the easier thing...

however we don't know what kind of financial shape the 100+ athletic departments are going to be in after a cancelled football season. They might want to make some changes to their schedule.

this might also mean another year gets tacked onto the Jerryworld contract

and while we're talking outside the box...if the current situation gets even worse and the 2020 season is cancelled and the economy in Texas is a shambles for months...

requires Fresno to change its schedule, which requires whoever they were playing that week to change and so on

As an Ag that lives in Denver I sure hope they return the trip to Boulder next year so I can go to the game!

Glad to hear the 2021 schedule is as favorable as 2020, but it sure would have been nice to have two good ones in a row after 2019!

As an April Fool's Day prank, a letter circulated that stated Vanderbilt has announced that the Fall 2020 Semester will be entirely online. The chance the 2020 football season will be suspended or cancelled just increased significantly for no one.Although Vandy might want to suspend their season anyway!

No one will notice if Vandy skips the season.

interesting reading about Iowa State today.

teams may try to play 8 or 9 home games in 2021 --- they are going to be hurting if the 2020 season is cancelled

You realize in this years draft Bama has 9? players going in the first and 2nd round. 6 in the first, 3 in the 2nd.

Fast forward to no football this year. Those same 9 players, get bigger, faster, stronger and come back for a SR. year.

While there is no doubt, if we get to keep our football team as is intact for the 21 season, we will be Really, really good!!!! Bama will do what Bama does...

Talk about Grown A$$ man football. The 21 Season could be off the charts. Kevin Mond 5th year Senior?

Based on what??? Most of Bama's players sit 2+ years, there sophomores and juniors have break out years and go to the draft!

These kids will have not seen a football field for 17 months and there just gonna waltz into the draft??

You might have 1 or 2, but the rest will be suited up on the sideline playing.

Yes. Why wouldn't they? If there is no 2020 season, there will still be a 2021 draft Everyone there will just be waltzing up after 17 months off
