&obtw ... tip your pizza delivery person generously. You're saving the bucks by not driving and enlisting the service of delivery to your door. Size and distance matter most ... how much is being carried and how far is the driver driving ... how far/how many stairs being walked. Percentage of price should be only a small consideration.

Under $3 you're cheap. $4 ok. $5 good. $5+ generous!

All depends on the meat toppings. Yes to only chicken and/or Canadian bacon, but nothing more. I know of someone who always requests pineapple on their pizza and it still catches me offguard.
