Yep. Jimbo's got to delegate that responsibility to his staff. Coach Dickey should be addressing the offensive players and calling the plays. Jimbo needs to manage the staff, not the individual players. He's micromanaging the hell out of this offense and it ain't working.

If our opponent doesn't fear the run at all and our passing game is iffy at best, you need a consistently top 10 defense to win games. Its pretty simple math.

honestly, I think jimbo's doing the best he can with what he has. I'm just bummed 'cause I was hoping we'd be better this year, and not have to start with the 'but next year...' quite so early in the season.
