This does not seem to be a fan of the classic, traditional yet sleek Aggie helmet. Ranked 11th in the SEC. Personally I hate Ole Miss' helmets.

Would have been better if they just said they don't like maroon. The fact that they rank numbers 5 and 6 - a white helmet with an orange "T", and a crimson helmet with a number on the side - tells you that "style" has very little to do with their rankings.

I'll say this, I grew up in Oregon in the 70s-80s and had no affiliation to the Aggies before being stationed at Fort Hood and I always thought the helmets were badass. I loved everything about the Aggie uniform.

I don't give two squirts of piss about these ridiculous lists, but I just love pointing out their stupidity.
The Tennessee helmet is essentially the same as ours, just sans the "A" and "M" and obviously the colors.
But as far as design, etc. they're essentially the same. Yet theirs is 5 places better than ours because "reasons".

LOL...Not to mention Florida being #10 because the script "Gators" feeling out of place while Ole Miss is #1 because the script "Ole Miss" looks great.

A&M receives no points for being traditional for most but Alabama receives all the points for being traditional, because they're good?

Stupid.

Missouri's helmets suck imo too. Should have been last. Vandy has cooler helmets.

I like the glossy maroon helmet much better than the matte finish. Especially when the game is played at night. The lights make the glossy helmet shine.

One thing that really dates the look is the use of a grey face mask. Reminds me of those cheap helmets Academy would have on the shelves.

While it is largely a matter of taste, Ark has the best helmet/logo, followed by Florida and Mizzou, Tennessee has (by far) the worst, you can fill in the rest in whatever order you want.
