Need to walk out to just the cadence of the drummers. I'd be scared s***less if I was on the opposite bench and saw a group of grown ass men walk in like they mean business and not like they just walked into a club.

What needs to go is singing the War Hymn after the entrance and the crowd is going nuts.
Greatest show could work, all the other suggestions on this thread, not so much.SouthLlano said:
The beginning to Sail AWOLNation or The Greatest Show from the Greatest Showman. Not sure how much time they need from a song or if they can loop it.

One of y'all geniuses tell me what entrance is going to get this type of crowd reaction and involvement..... those saying Thunderstruck by AC/DC are dead wrong and ******ed olds

I've kinda always wanted us to do a white-out and have White Room by Cream play as they came out.
In a white room

I've always thought that the Clemson entrance was a bit risky. Running down a hill like that is a good way to blow out a knee/ankle or something. Seems like the odds would catch up to them at some point...

Also, congrats on insulting older ags by using a word that is about as popular the the N-word.
I'd be happy with something like that or just ditch it altogether and have drum line cadence only.p8aggie said:

These guys are very pro-military and would probably love A&M.
Are you a future NFL draft pick wearing a Alabama, LSU, Georgia, or pick-your-opponent jersey?San Saba Ag said:

It's a no from me dog. I think these attempts at having a hardcore, badass song for an entrance become generic quite fast. And it's not something the crowd can chant along to like Power. And there's maybe 5 seconds of build up.p8aggie said:

As an old, I think Power is dated. There is new stuff produced all the time and with mixing technology, a cool mashup can be made that would be just as powerful if not more than what is being used now.
I think it would be awesome if the staff could put something together that reaches all of the generations, like a music history with historical video accompaniment for Aggies that would start with something for Old Army and progress through today. Plus as the sound progressed through time they could use the bass capabilities of the system to make you feel the pulse get louder and louder.
I also think the band should start with the bugle call from out of nowhere like a battle call. They should march out and then the video and music should start. Doing it the other way is anticlimactic.
I honestly can't remember the order the way it is now. I just remember it being OK, not really inspiring.
My $0.02.

Power was not my favorite in the beginning. I found it weird to go from the traditional cadence to the opposite end of the spectrum with Kanye. And I just find Kanye to be a dewsh. But it has grown on me. It's similar to Enter Sandman in that it has a slow build-up, but has the advantage of being something for the crowd to yell. And it's a dynamic intro which builds up to a big moment for the team to run out to. And now I see how coupled with the drum cadence it all values tradition while embracing the future. If you break it down like that it really grows on you.
Power only plays for about 15 seconds before they come out of the tunnel.Builder93 said:

I wonder how many old Aggies who go nuts for that song (yes there are some) would enjoy it if they DID know the lyrics.e.busche said:
I don't *love* power, but it's easy to pick up on for the 12th man, doesn't have any lyrics past "ahh/ayy" and lets the crowd contribute early.
You mean it wasn't written about Johnny Manziel!?Shife said:I wonder how many old Aggies who go nuts for that song (yes there are some) would enjoy it if they DID know the lyrics.e.busche said:
