The yearbook got his name wrong next to his picture. It is correct in the yearbook index. His name is Chiswell as corroborated by the UT former student database.

A Google search for Robert Alan Chiswell shows up a result on one of those background check sites for a guy with the same DOB as the one that was arrested, FWIW. Looks fairly certain to be the same guy.
