He isn't a football player. He is an athlete I'm sure but he is way too concerned about his body. He has a pic last drive if he isn't worried about his surroundings. He does that all of the time. He need to be replaced asap. Zero awareness.

If he's still starting, imagine how shotty next man up is....

I think he has some ability, but he's out of position as a CB. He should be a safety.

Announcers are picking on him as much as the UAB offense.

Turn around and find the ball for God's sake. That's all he has to do....turn and find the ball when the reciever turns instead of just waving his arms around like an orchestra conductor.

If we had UAB corners we might have best defense in country

Oliver played better by the mid-1st quarter, but those first couple of series were absolutely brutal. Some of the worst cornerback play I've seen. That was 2003 defense-esque

I've decided that Oliver is allergic to leather and isn't allowed to touch the football got medical reasons.

i really enjoy the plays where we blitz him and cover over the top with a safety. he doesn't sack the qb or get involved in the tackle or anything, but i still really enjoy those plays.

As it was stated earlier, he is not the starter any more. Jones is now starting and he goes a much better job but he had to sit out the first half due to a BS targeting call against Ole Miss.

Jones was actually starting for Renfro.

When a defender turns 360 degrees going down the field in an attempt to cover is nothing other than incompetent performance and coaching. In the red zone how does a receiver get wide open in the end zone for a TD on 3rd and long?????
