The fact that Mond can't seem to solve his delay of game problem and cannot keep track of the play clock is all I need to know about him.

Mond can not make his reads fast enough. Period. I don't care that he can run and Starkel can't. If you can't make your reads or make accurate passes you aren't going to lead the team to a lot of points in the red zone. Mond has proven that he can't do it over and over. How many times has he now gotten a grounding for a stupid throw away like that?
