Please pray for my daughter, Jennifer Almond Fowler, '96, and her husband, Bryan Fowler '95 and their 4 precious daughters. Last night, after watching her two oldest daughters play volleyball for Oakridge High school, she had a stroke at 44.

Her family needs her and prayers will save her. She is doing about as well as can be expected.

Update:. Late tonight, she was moved from ICU to a regular room. Her functions are good and pain is under control. Things are looking up. Now, the next 48 hours are critical.

Had a rough night. Blood pressure up and headaches. Bryan (husband) said he asked her today if she knew why she was in hospital and she said no. Was surprised when he told her stroke. Haven't seen dr yet
