Don't hate him at all. He just should have been a career OL position coach. He was in over his head trying to do anything else.

I laughed at this no less than 5x today. Entire career summed up in one freeze frame. Didn't think he could top his draft day serta moment but here we are.

Great video.... I have a feeling he'd laugh at himself for that one. He may have had mixed results while here, but easily the best person we've had as head coach here the last 40 years.
This is a PERFECT microcosm of how he handled 2nd half leads here....
I got my fishing line caught in a tree last week, but nobody was there to film it and make fun of my attempts to untangle the line.
Everyone likes Sherman, but his tenure was very frustrating. He is a great talent evaluator and developer. He has good character and work ethic. He gets butt-tight in big games and becomes predictable. The only cures are:
1. a spiritual or philosophical awakening; or
2. hiring a playcaller who can adapt under pressure and giving him the leeway to do his thing
The really frustrating thing is that there are plenty of good high-pressure OCs who fail as HC's b/c they are lousy managers. Rick Loserhueisal is a good example.
Glad that Sherman's team won that game and hope he gets the wires figured out.

The funniest part is that his shirt begins to look more and more like a bikini or a t-shirt that girls used to pull the bottom up through the neck/middle to make a mid-drift. Just funny seeing a grown-man/grandpa basically have a bikini top on during TV broadcast or just in public
