Will everyone relax? The kid has a right to ruin his life. As much as I hate to see him do it, this is America. We fought and died to keep this country free and I for one will support this young man's decision as idiotic as it is while I stand up for our national anthem.

I really like this kid. I sat next to him at a high school football game. I was there watching my friends son play and O'Neal was sitting next to me. He was watching game as it was 2 in district teams playing. This was about 4 or 5 weeks ago. I recognized him so talked to him about 20 mins. He told me he was solid on A&M but was going to watch the situation with Sumlin. He also told me Banks was his guy that he talked to the most. He told me then if Sumlin left he may open it up but would do what's best for him regardless Really enjoyed talking to him and thought he was a nice young man. I wished him well. I do think he still may come to the good guys but if i am not mistaken he said Georgia Was an alternative

Leon just wants to be sought after. Jimbo will reel him in, and he's already talked to Leon.

Now that you mention Clemson I do remember he mentioned Clemson as well. Told him it's a huge decision and I hope the best for him but hoped he chose the good guys. I got a sense he wanted to stay close to home though he didn't come out and say that.

i think we have better than a 50/50 shot of having him recommit to us.

At A&M that doesn't matter because the team is never on the field when the anthem is played! He can do the Macarena inside the locker room for all I care...road games might be different but whatever...
