The practice tests give you an idea, but the actual test is a bit tougher. I base that on the fact that a 37 or higher would get you into Mensa, and half the people when this comes up every year on sports boards claim scores in the high thirties or forties. 40 or more puts you in the 99th percentile.
I used to administer it to people I was considering hiring, I didn't often see scores above 30, only one person I knew of in the company got over 40. (He got a 44 I think).
