Pretty sure it takes longer than 3 months to put on muscle (noticeable ). Speed is God given.

It's Spring practice. All DLs are unblockable. Jimmy T is moving OLs around every play, so it's hard to tell who's gonna play where. QBs all look sharp. Each RB made at least a couple of ankle-breaking cuts that left DBs grasping at air. Everybody's bigger and faster. WRs made some incredible catches. (They're not dropping the passes that hit them in the chest, yet.). A bunch of guys were out, and we're not sure if it's because of injuries or classes. All the coaches were yelling. The whole team passed the eyeball test during stretches.

With the media limited to a few minutes at the beginning, we're probably not gonna get much info right now. I just hope that our coach has a plan for November, and it's different from the past few years.

But this year is different.

I've heard Trayveon has added 15 lbs, and dropped 0.2 off his 40 time.
