i hope so. Need a DB coach who can recruit a lot better than Joseph has and continue to develop the DBs

Was the former sip coach Traylor?? a DB coach? He was supposed to be a kick ass recruiter of east Texas.

I don't get the hate for Joseph. He turned B Williams into a top 3 round pick with one year of play at the position, Evans and Watts gave both been very good, and he somehow turned Devante's career around into a NFL player.
Secondaries always look bad when you can't pressure the qb consistently, especially if you can only do it by blitzing. Chavis' d demands a lot of man coverage and often times without safety help.
Ags did a good job sacking the qb overall, but general qb pressure was not good imo. 16 of the Ags' 39 sacks came in the non con.
I think Joseph is a pretty good coach all things considered.

If I'm not mistake we had one more injury in our secondary for a total 3 DBs. That combined with Garrett being slowed down hurt our D a lot.
i originally thought Bones and Evans were hurt but looked at their participation and they both recorded stats in every game.vander54 said:
