Watched the game late, on delay. Had tons of fun. Phone was upside down on the coffee table. Spouse gets home at the start of overtime , is made aware we are on radio silence. She is good for a minute, but looks at her phone at 2nd and 4 during ucla's last possession and tells me she knows the outcome.

I get very "annoyed" because instead of focusing on the game I'm focused on her reactions and the game is instantly, infinitely less fun. She storms off because I'm the ******* all I'd a sudden.

So, ladies and gentlemen of TexAgs, an I right or wrong to have been annoyed?

You're first mistake was letting her in the room to begin with and secondly not instantly taking away her phone. If she's anything like my wife she cant hide her emotions or keep a secret.

That should only happen once. You make it damn clear that is not acceptable, and in fact she was quite the B to do that. She might have to cry for it to sink in. If you haven't explained why her behavior was so egregious, you are no man.

Guess I'm lucky (hell, I KNOW I'm lucky) with my wife. Non Ag but cares nothing for football so she leaves me be to watch the game. Her only complaint is I make the dogs nervous when I yell.

Show her how you punch it in the "end zone". That'll teacher her.

Hmmm. My wife doesn't care ONE iota about football or sports in general. She'll go watch lifetime in the other room while I'm watching the game.

9 year old son watched almost all of it with me. I've been married fifteen years. Not sure why she lost her mind.
