Howdy, I've grown up my entire life watching and going to Aggie football games and in every year's "There's a Spirit" video, they play the speech that says "you play hard for the name that's on your back and you play hard for the name that's on your chest: Texas A&M." I have searched high and low and cannot find anywhere who said this and I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out.

Yeah it was Alan Weddell as others have said. He says there is a lot more to the speech where he listed all the things you play hard for. You play hard for your girlfriend. You play hard for your family, etc, but it all go boiled down into that part.
