Tonight at 8 PM, your local ABC station will air "20/20: In an instant". The documentary will revolve around the collapse of Aggie Bonfire. Many of you current Aggies have never experienced bonfire on campus. Please watch this show. It will show what happened in 1999 and the aftermath. Hopefully the show will explain why the Aggie Bonfire still is built off campus.

Yes, it will be very tough to watch. Bonfire needs to continue to burn for the thousands of former students that have built it. It needs to burn for the love of this school. It needs to burn for the 12 Aggies who were killed while building it.

Thank you for posting this. DVR is set. Though I never knew Jeremy Self, I had to attend his wake in Arlington. Met his father outside the funeral home and expressed my condolences...can't imagine having to bury a son/daughter.

So far hasn't been negative. It is very hard to watch as I remember all of the good times with my buddies. I lost a friend that night and it's still hard to think about.

I believe some did. Tim Kerlee's mom is on the show and I wanted to see what her version was.

Gotta admit it's hard watching this but if you want a tear jerker watch the burning desire.

Just lost it.

I've never heard Tim's mom talk about having to tell her son he was going to die. As a parent, I can't imagine having to do that.
