Howdy, Ags!

Believe it or not, the 2016 football season is right around the corner — which means it’s time to start making your travel plans.

We’re excited to announce that TexAgs will be offering travel packages to the following away games:

A&M at Auburn: Sept. 16-18
A&M at South Carolina: Sept. 30 - Oct. 2

**BOTH TRIP PACKAGES NOW INCLUDE A GAME TICKET FOR EACH TRAVELER**

In previous years we have offered both flight and ground package options. However, there will not be a flight option available this year. We will only be offering the ground package to these games.

Four years of travel experience has allowed us to improve these trips tremendously. We want you to be a part of the TexAgs family on this trip — not from the outside looking in, but standing next to us as we continue to bring you the best coverage of Aggie football.

Our 2015 trips to Ole Miss and Vanderbilt are going to be hard to beat, but I’m confident that our fifth year of TexAgs Travel is sure to be the best yet!

Clicking each school's logo will take you to that trip's specific information:

Trip 1: Auburn

September 16-18, 2016
Register here$700 per person, $1,200 per couple

We hope you’ll join us for the second year of TexAgs Travel to Auburn. Those who joined us two years ago know that this is an SEC venue you will want to experience.

Everyone will arrive in Montgomery, Ala. on Friday afternoon; whether you choose to drive or fly is up to you. The TexAgs Travel group will stay at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa, which is a four-star property located in downtown Montgomery. Aggie Headquarters and Midnight Yell practice will also be set up in Montgomery.

Travelers will be free to explore downtown and Yell Practice on Friday after checking in with TexAgs staff at the hotel.

On Saturday we will leave the hotel to travel fifty-five miles to Auburn, Ala. TexAgs will have an exclusive tailgate set up in an easily accessible area on the Auburn campus for only our travelers and sponsors to enjoy. A local catering company will provide food before and after the game and there will be bartenders serving an unlimited supply of liquor and beer products provided by Bud Light and Rebecca Creek.

After the Ags BTHO Auburn we will travel back to the Montgomery hotel and then travelers will fly back to the great state of Texas on Sunday morning.

  • Chartered bus transportation from the airport to the hotel for all travelers arriving at the Montgomery Airport (Dannelly Field) between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Friday afternoon

Trip 2: South Carolina

September 30 - October 2, 2016
Register here$900 per person, $1,550 per couple

TexAgs is very excited for our first trip to South Carolina as the Gamecocks host the Aggies on the football field. The TexAgs Travel group will stay in downtown Charleston, which will allow travelers to experience the best of both worlds — a weekend in this beautiful, historic city, as well as a game weekend in Columbia.

The trip will include a two-night stay at the Renaissance Charleston Historic District Hotel. The hotel is located right in the middle of the vibrant downtown area, with its deep history along with many restaurants, bars, shopping and art museums just a few steps away.

Travelers will check into the hotel with TexAgs staff on Friday afternoon and will be free to explore downtown Charleston for dinner. On Saturday, we will leave the Renaissance and drive two hours inland to Columbia.

The football stadium is located down the road from USC's actual campus. Therefore, the private tailgate for the TexAgs group will be set up on the South Carolina State Fairgrounds, which is a few steps away from Williams-Brice Stadium. I’ve been told to expect great weather this time of year in South Carolina.

Travelers will enjoy this fully catered tailgate with meals provided before and after the game. There will also be TVs and bartenders serving an unlimited supply of liquor and beer products provided by Bud Light and Rebecca Creek.

After the game, we’ll travel back to Charleston and then travelers will fly back to the great state of Texas on Sunday morning.

Been to Charleston multiple times on business and stayed at that Marriott every time. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Wish I could make it this year.

I went to Charleston the first year we played them and I HIGHLY suggest the "old city" tours of the original walled city. I had no idea there was so much history there, that was essentially preserved because of the south's economic collapse after the civil war.
