West Field Box (Lower West Side) sections 101-113 -

One thing on West Field Box 101, only the north aisle accesses the whole section. You have to wade thru 15-19 people to get to Seat 1

I made switches today. It went reasonably well in terms of technology but the website that says how many seats are "currently available" in each section is not accurate by any stretch of the imagination so don't waste your time trying to figure out a game-plan based on those numbers. For example, it said there were 20 seats in Legacy Club at the time my selection started, but there were only 2 seats in reality. Likewise in Zone Club where they said it twas 180 or whatever - - in reality, it's like 50.

Also, the process is inaccurate if you are dropping and adding seats because it says in order to complete the change you must login and pay immediately, but in fact you cannot pay immediately and you have to simply wait to get your bill. At least that's what TMF person told me after putting me on hold and checking with an adult.

I run a software company and in many ways, the software is very good, but it doesn't show you where your current seats are graphically, and more importantly, for a $100+ Million dollar revenue generating department, it's not an ideal UI. It could be a LOT worse though - - not nearly as bad as 99% of the rest of the online ticketing process for Aggie athletics which is truly a shameful effort - - those who setup the online ticketing are clearly not folks who have run an online business before and it's a mega million dollar business they seem to be winging with students....good luck everyone!

Approximately 4600 accounts per the TMF Q&A thread (that isn't stickied...) The table they provided from 91poohah's question is a good one to reference too. It doesn't do it by day as he asked, but it does give you a rough idea how many folks are in front of you in large chunks.

Does anyone know when season tickets are mailed out? I only ask as I bought 3 tickets from a season ticket holder for the UCLA game on StubHub, but the listing says early September as far as delivery time. That doesn't sound right.

Its usually mid-August

I had my appointment this morning at 9 a.m.

I was surprised at the few numbers of seats available in the sections I was interested in.

Moved from Sect. 304 to 104, next to the last row.

Does anyone know if there is an overhang at the top of the first deck, west side?

I took the original seats in 304 in the top row thinking that there would be an overhang - nope.

The view to the opposite end of the field in 104 won't be as good as in 304, but we'll be much closer to the field and won't have to deal with stairs/escalators.

StubHub will penalize you if you dont have the tickets when you say you will so the seller is going to hedge later when he doesnt know for sure (and he wont when we're talking about the 12th Man Foundation)

Are your "one time capital gifts" transferrable (if you are just moving up within your current seating location?

What about if you move to a more expensive section?

Agree the seller is hedging, that said if you don't have them 2 weeks before the game I would contact StubHub. They will reach out to the seller on your behalf. That will make sure if there is a hold up on the seller side they have time to rectify it and get you the tickets. Just a suggestion since last year I had an outstanding $50 balance that wasn't communicated to me, I had to find out by calling them so my tickets were a couple weeks later than I normally get them.

Thanks for the replies. I'll be in Texas well before the A&M/UCLA game, and since they are hard tickets, I'm just making sure they don't get sent out to Los Angeles, all the while I'm in Texas. I did contact StubHub, the person told me they will not contact the seller until a week before the game. So that's why I came on here to ask you good people, as StubHub's customer service leaves much to be desired.

12thman foundation said 500 available in 401-402, 407-408; but those screen shots from day one of the process don't show even close to that many. How did they get taken before the process even started? Transparency?

Happy campers here. Just moved our 6 from the very north end of 310 to the middle of Row 5 armchairs in 406. Basically from the goal line to the 21-22 yard line. Better view, quicker shade, etc, and $0 difference. Sure glad we signed up to take part in the relocation process.

Just logged out. Didn't change. Hardly any AAC aisle seats so I staid put.

I looked at some other sections out of curiosity and there are fewer seats available than I expected.
