Where was the 67 win over Tech ranked? Ags were 0 - 4 going to Lubbock, Hargett scored winning TD after the clock expired. Ags went on to win the rest of their games and ended up in Cotton Bowl.

'39 NC Tulane seems like a cop out. College football wasn't nearly as big then as it is now.

1940 Sugar Bowl shouldn't be #1. National championships were awarded before bowl games back then. Even if A&M lost, they'd still be national champs.

Johnny era was the best time to be at A&M IMO

12 cotton bowl was ok.

Johnny era was good but I think never losing a home game and winning conference titles in the early 90's would be more fun

The '85 tu game is number one - hands down. The game was played on Thanksgiving day, national stage, kicked the sips handily and paved the way to the be first of three straight SWC Championships and Cotton Bowl appearances (and the first in 18 years). The game reestablished A&M's national relevance with a long run thereafter. There have been other great individual wins since, but none have had the same level of significance and impact. The only other game that could possibly beat out the '85 tu game as the number one A&M victory would have to be the 1939 National Championship game.

What is your order?

I don't see the Oklahoma win a few years back being anywhere close to the 75 win against Texas but other than that I think the list is pretty good so far....I will withhold judgment until I see the final five but I was thinking the Texas game after Bonfire collapse would have been 4 or 5 overall
