What's going on with this kid, is he eligible to enroll after his assault charge? 2016 DE recruit for us out of Judson, San Antonio.

Think he comes in and does a punishment.

assault? he stole his girls purse.

chalk it up to he's having self-identity issues that seem to be so prevalent these days and let him dress out in the girls locker rooms and let's all move on with our lives.

My guess is he enrolls. Pleads down the charge and does community service.

And he didnt "steal" her purse. He took her purse so he could get her phone to see who she had been calling/who had been calling her.

Not defending the action, and he definitely should have left it alone, but i do think thats a little different from stealing with the intent to deprive the person of their property permanently.

Yep,obviously isn't desired behavior, but it's much more along the lines of overly dramatic, High School relationship drama than an indicator this kid is on the track of being a criminal.

Kids do really dumb things due to relationship conflict that they otherwise wouldn't do all the time.

Sounds like a dude overly obsessed with a chick. Red flag but not the end of the world if the kid can learn some perspective.

But did he get kicked out of a Drizzy Drake show for throwing a punch?

On a side note, I find it funny his crystal ball predictions were 100% to Baylor

i may have been over reacting a bit but how many guys get into an argument with their hs gf and dont do similar things.. all majors problems start somewhere..

Its a bit of a stretch to go from grabbing her purse to see her phone to a half dozen rapes.

It's not common behavior, he's got an issue, and that's not an okay thing to do. We need to stop making excuses for poor behavior. No, it's not a terrible crime, and he doesn't need to go to jail, but it's not okay.
