I could see guys really burning out on the recruiting analyst job if you are working for a site shifted towards a particular school. The fans only want good news and you have kids who can be pretty dishonest about the recruiting process. You feed the fans good news on a recruit, who is not being straight forward and all of a sudden you have **** on your face. It seems like a sure fire set up for failure.
