I'm a Texans fan. Kubiak drove Houston into the ground with his bias towards Matt Schaub and a majority of die-hard Texans fans such as myself aren't very fond of him...but I'll root for him because I can't stand those cheating Patriots.

Also, Von Miller is a beast and I wish him nothing but the best in his career.

Imo, NE is going to get at least 3 holding calls today trying to keep Von off Brady.

Kubiak's trouble in Houston was mostly Rick SMith's incompetence imo. Look at the Texans roster. Other than Watt the talent is subpar across the board. Gary stuck with Schaub too long but he had no real alternatives.

His success is due to Wade Phillips. How good of a coach was Kubiak before he teamed up with Phillips in Houston? He had one winning season before 2011 and then we went 10-6 the year Wade came in. Then he refused to make a QB change in Houston and he was fired. Then, he goes to a team that had reached the AFC championship the previous year and one of the best QBs of all-time. He's not a genius, his defensive coordinator and GM know how to utilize talent.

Agree. And when Wade Phillips arrived he had some great talent on defense. That talent was then gutted the very next season.
