Who's the last great QB Spurrier coached? I'm not trolling... Asking honestly. He was always pulling his QBs, never could stick with one guy. None went on to any NFL notoriety.

We don't need an all star NFLer like Tannehill and Manziel every year. We need a game manager. See Alabama's QB track record. That is what this staff fails to grasp.

Spurrier had a 4star dual threat qb committed at SCar.

Also, could Spurrier be coming as OC for a new head coach? That is the only thing that combines the two rumors.

Chavis to head coach with Spurrier as OC is incredibly unlikely.
