It wasn't perfect, by any means, but the Aggies picked up a much-needed victory over the Commodores in shutout fashion on Saturday. Gabe Bock and Billy Liucci broke down the ins and outs from field level.

Not sure why this wasn't up earlier...perhaps technical difficulties. But I woke up and saw it wasn't pushed out yet so here it is...we had fun with this one. Enjoy!

If you made it up to Nashville as part of that Aggie Takeover from Vanderbilt Stadium, BRAVO! Outstanding job...I'm thinking it was 60-40 in favor of Aggies inside that stadium. Kudos to you!

It wasn't perfect but we all thought it would be a tight game and A&M's defense - after a rough start in run defense - made sure this would not be a close game. Just a great job by Chief and the defense. And a very nice game by Kyle Allen ... numbers should have been better but there were about 6 drops.

Fun game to cover.

Hoping for a 60/40 Aggie takeover of Baton Rouge too!

Can Texags seriously not afford to use two microphones? Maybe they actually wouldn't need two if Gabe didn't try to interject Looch every five seconds

At the beginning of the fourth quarter, it was about a 90 - 10 split. At the end of the game, only a small group of about 50 Vandy students along with their band was left to sing their school song with the football players.

I feel bad for the Vandy football players. They played a very good game, probably as best as they could, but received very little fan support. The school needs to start supporting their athletic programs or move to another conference.

Took the family up to Nashville for the game! Pretty chilly, but the Ags were packed in like sardines! Really our best all around game of the season. Allen played very well against a solid SEC defense and his numbers would have been much better if not for all the drops. Red Zone offense still worrisome. But bring on lsu! I feel better about this game than I have at any point this season!

Aggies flooded downtown Nashville Friday night for Midnight Yell Practice. Unfortunately, local organizers were not prepared for the onslaught of Aggies who arrived to attend the event.

MYP was held in one of Nashville's most popular downtown clubs (Wildhorse Saloon, capacity 2000, with a Broseph E. Lee concert). The small capacity venue could not hold all the concertgoers in addition to the Aggies who showed for MYP.

The saloon is usually packed for concerts on the weekends, so I assume the organizers were not aware of the number of Aggies who attend MYP, even at away game.

Many of us who could not get into the Wildhorse Saloon for MYP (and there were many of us), assembled on the outside sidewalk. We were eventually made to disperse from in front of the club by Nashville police officers and were not able to participate in MYP.

Many people in our area of the country had not experienced Midnight Yell Practice for several years (some even longer). Many of these Former Students will have to wait two more years until MYP is held once again in Tennessee (in Knoxville) -- hopefully in a more accommodating facility.

The tailgating was in a great location in the Holliday Inn parking lot, which is right next to the stadium. After an early afternoon rain, the tailgating weather was great, much better than any of us had anticipated. The single line to get food was very long, at least 40+ in line when we arrived around 4 pm. Fortunately, there were two fast food restaurants about 100 yards away from the tailgating area that many of us went to.

Parking was close to the stadium, less than 300 yards from the stadium.

As the game went on, the weather became much, much colder. Most Aggies braved the cold air until the very end. Large contingent of Aggies present.
