Has anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on University in the past year or so? Booking room for Inlaws and want to make sure hotel is clean/rooms nice.
Or has anyone stayed at the newer Holiday Inn Aggieland Suites over by hwy 6?
Father in law has points that can be used for Holiday Inn or else I'd probably book them where I usually stay when in town.

You could always recommend the Silk Stocking's bed and breakfast feature

I just used Holiday Inn points at the Staybridge Suites on University. It was very nice.

Any Marriott is good.

I had sechs there before.

For what it's worth, I always stay at the Hampton Inn on Texas Ave. It's nicer than it looks on the outside, and the free breakfast is fantastic. I've never slept more comfortably at another hotel. Free cookies, coffee, and such in the lobby. I've been 4 times in the last 6 months. Great place.

I've stayed at both the Holiday Inn Express on University and the Holiday Inn on Highway 6 within the past year. Both were just fine. I would say that the Holiday Inn on Highway 6 was a little nicer.

The Hyatt Place on University is really nice if you're looking for somewhere else.

Any do one night for football games or do all have two night minimum?

If you're "gold/platinum" enough, you can swoop right in on game day, and just stay the night.

I recommend the Hilton off University
