Fake the handoff, roll out to the left. Either scramble in for the TD, hit the slot WR, or hit your TE that's pulling your way.

I'm always reminded of the one time the Raiders got six or seven plays starting from first and goal to punch it in from the one yard line or so. Turned the ball over on downs on so many straight running plays.

Bring in 11 linemen. Six report as eligible. Three line up as TE's (2 on the left), and one at QB under center. Run the end around using the uncovered left tackle with a run pass option throwback to the QB in the left flat or the left TE in the back left corner. Wait for New England to copy.

There is really only one play in this situation: a very, very slow developing quadruple reverse with the last guy to get the ball running to the short side of the field.

Three card Monte reverse. How many times did it reverse? Who's got the ball? Nevermind. It'll be the guy on his back in the backfield. I'm not a football coach, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
