...dissed by tu during his recruitment back in the day?

Is he just dangling a carrot out of spite?

Charlie was a coach with Kevin back then. They have a good relationship

My opinion that if Kyler thinking he's going somewhere else, he'd have de-committed by now much like Daylon. Course, if he's really po'd about something he'll wait til signing day and flip then. Don't think it has anything to do with Kyle. We were loaded on qb's when he gave verbal commitment. No one really knows except KM so we should all chill out and cut the cr*p.

The way they are going about things is somewhat mind boggling. Just make a decision so each school can act accordingly already. Makes you wonder about the parents.

Its simple. Km wants to start and no way if ka is healthy. All this analyzing is stupid.

Your analysis that KA > KM is just stupid too.

That has got to be one of the Dumbest statements made. If Kyler signs with the good guys, he won't be here for spring practice, some he'll be playing baseball to finish out his senior year. There is zero chance he gets here during late summer practice and takes over the starting QB position.

If KM jumps KA. Expect KA to transfer. 5 star recruits don't sit on the bench unless your a program like USC or Bama

strong was a GA for one year while Kevin was here, whorn. And if they had such a great relationship why wasn't Kyler looking at tu earlier, strong was there well before he committed to A&M and still there the 10 months after he committed. Yet it was only last week, that Kyler looked in their direction.

Kyler DID make a decision and Sumlin and Strong HAVE acted accordingly. Strong continues to pursue as hard as he can (as he should) and Sumlin has maintained his commitment to not pursue another tier 1 QB recruit.

KM and KVM have been in talks with CS for months The visit was not spontaneous but planned. I don't know which way he'll go , but he's definitely in play

If my son was committed to a school and other schools wanted to wine him and dine him, it's on those other school's dime and it's their prerogative.

But I would make sure my kid honored his commitment because that's where integrity lies. There is nothing wrong with visiting a campus and seeing how other places are run, it often gives better insight and thankfulness to the place you call home. (Living outside the US or TX for example)

Link, sip?

The earliest they were in contact was as late last month, this comes from the whorn sites. Of course it took time for the whorns to put together a good offer.

If he wanted his son to play in Austin, then he would have named him after DKR. He didn't. It's Aggieland or the pros.

I don't know the Murrys, but I am embarrassed FOR them. They have become a clown show and not a respectable partnership.

To be fair the whorns have made it the clown show by turning an unofficial visit into the biggest thing for their program ever, having their coaches promise Kyler a car, and having their websites openly brag about buying Kevin Murray to get Kyler.

None of this comes from us. It is what they are saying.

To Kyler's credit, he says he is still committed, has not taken an official there, and did notify our coaches of the midweek unofficial visit.

It was never a problem until last week. And Kyler won't start right away at tu either. He really needs a RS year. Manziel had one plus an oline loaded with NFL talent and guys like Evans and Swope. tu has nothing near that for him. Their oline is a mess their offensive management is terrible. Every aspect of it was awful last year. Kevin knows that. Kyler would be doomed to fail in that offense next year.

The analyzing is stupid. If he switches it is because of Murray rift with Sumlin or the whorns bought him off (their own words) in some manner. It isn't because of starting, bridgewater, baseball, etc.

Any player with aspirations of playing in the NFL is dumb if he is scared of college competition. Your chances of getting drafted are proven to be better playing against the best players which are in the SEC then they are beating up scrubs in the little 12.

It's only a matter of time before the little 12 goes the way of the Big East.

Exactly. I have no doubt KA would have transferred if Trill had won the starting job at the beginning of last fall.

Hey look another sip masquerading as an Ag. A&M will have a better defense than tu next year, even if you get mack.

tu put together a d that got blown out five times and was pushed around by isu. Your HC cannot manage a coin flip. The offense was awful beyond words. You had one of your worst years in nearly 2 decades. Yeah, all you need is a QB, and an oline, a new dline, offensive skill players, a competent OC, etc.

Chavis put together a better defense at lsu this year than tu with half the talent. In fact the only time charlie's defense won anything of note was with Urban as HC and Mattison as co-DC holding little charlie's hand the whole way.

Your OC and DC were fired the last time they were in the big12 and your school finished .500 in the weakest ****ing league of the big 5, and was ass raped by arkansas in a bowl game.

Recruits are coming around after blowing off tu only a week ago because your desperate as hell boosters realize they have lead weight as a HC and are trying to buy their way to success again.

Yes, that must have been when the tradition of QB's hating GA's started.

Ladies and Gentlemen: I'll be brief. The issue here is not whether we bent a few rules, or took a few liberties with our arch-rival's female party guestswe did. But you can't hold a whole recruiting system responsible for the behavior of a few, sick perverted individuals....

EXACTLY!!! It's all of the morans like one tooth man (that don't have a friggin clue) that are truly the idiots in all of this.

Not one person outside of what is surely a close inner circle, knows what is going on in Kyler and Kevin's head. So how can anyone "know" what the hell is really going on. Just shut the hell up and cheer if he chooses the good guys and you can piss & moan if he flips from us.

It's KA's to lose. Also KA's the earn (keep).
