Hold up. You can't just randomly start up a fundraiser like this. You'd need to make sure that it's something the school would even consider doing. If you get ahead of yourself, you're gonna end up with a giant headache and a ton of pissed off tough guy internet posters

I was just taking to my boss the other day about the feasibility of a Spence Park redevelopment. Would love to get a contract to do some Due Diligence and a concept plan of the park. I personally believe it can be redeveloped in a cost effective manner. Importation of fill and grading will most certainly be the critical factors affecting the cost with an unground channel in that lowly lying of an area. However, even improvements of the existing conditions would be much better than the current state.

I believe Sam Torn had the architects do a landscape design for Spence Park when they were drawing up plans for Kyle Field. Had a pond backing up to the President's house. Might want to check with Sam about it.

Aren't we still paying a buyout for the last two landscapers that left?

What if we took Spence Park, and Moved it somewhere else?
