I skipped all of the riff raff between plays.
My observations:

-Kenny Hill is not an accurate passer at all at any range
-because Kenny cannot throw anything over 2 yards the other teams are able to keep everyone close to the line of scrimmage and stuff our run game as well
-if Kenny Hill is considered a dual threat quarterback, then he is quite literally the least slippery dual threat quarterback I have ever seen
-our special teams did not help
-our defensive line and linebackers should just plant their feet and stand there. They may be more effective that way.
-Our offensive line is not that bad but I think that the plays that we run the ball in are too simple and too easy to sniff out
-I thought that Deshazor was an NFL caliber cornerback, but I was wrong. He is a bruiser but he just does not have the football smarts enough to not get consistently burned.
-playing 10 yards off of Amari Cooper the whole game was probably the most stupid thing I have seen on defense this year.
-Snyder's defense is atrocious and that is not bashing. That is the truth.
-Kenny Hill is not the right man for the job. Cut our losses and start grooming the next quarterback.

I agree with most of that.

However, as you pointed out, our front seven was getting mauled. Synder had no choice but to bring in the Safeties for run support. That left our corners all alone out there, and they don't have the speed for man-to-man coverage. Hence why there was that huge cushion.

Yah if we pressed amari cooper without safety help it would've been 100-0

Snyder says the problem is tackling...lol! the problem is "Downhill Snyder"! Like you pointed out they are playing 10 yds back from the top receiver. These corners are not that terrible it's the scheme Snyder runs that sets them up for failure.

No Mulligans in Football

I saw a few plays between my son's flag football game and his birthday party. One play in particular was an Alabama running play when it was 17-0 or so. This play disgusted me and I turned it off.

Basically, it was a handoff to Henry where Raven had a free run at a tackle for loss. Instead of aggressively attacking the huge Henry and hitting him low, Raven slowed down, then tried to tackle Henry high. Henry carried him for a 7 yard gain... On a play that should have been no gain at worst.

On a play where we were schemed and set up for success, we give up 7 yards on first down. Frustrating, to say the least, and a microcosm of our problems.

Yeah I noticed that no one on defense move towards the ball as well. Good teams swarm. Ours just play slow and hope that the other guy can take the blow.

I have watched the game 5 times now and each time it gets worse.
