7-5 ... so being 5-3 isn't really a huge shock. Figured this would be the transition year between JFF and the coming of age of our top recruiting classes. Figured next year would be a breakout year for us again.

The problem is ... this team is regressing each week. This isn't a young team with ups and downs, this looks like a team with serious locker room issues that is quitting.

7-5, maybe 8-4, but exhibit competition. 2nd tier or 3rd tier bowl game.

At least in the Big 12, we had an instate rivalry that was among the best in college football.

7-5, but we would be competitive in the losses. We would not quit three games in a row.

We have a very serious systemic problem on this team. Sumlin gets paid the big bucks to figure it out and change the culture. If he doesn't then he's a year or two away from drinking gin and tonics on the beach while getting paid to not coach at A&M.

Its all on him right now. I sincerely hope he's up to the challenge.

After Manziel and Joeckel flew the coup expected the young QB's to use some "transition time" but certainly not the complete collapse of the last three games.;

Sumlin's arrogance is now a joke. We really look lost on both sides of the ball. Sure glad we had a bye week for a total reevaluation of all players at all positions
