Just had FiOS installed in the new apartment and noticed that I have both 75 and 575 even though I am in Pennsylvania. Did Verizon change their mind?

Interesting. I noticed sometime last week that a message came up on my DVR when I tried to flip to SEC Network saying I had to "Upgrade my DVR". Perhaps this was somehow related.

I have an HD DVR and live here in Texas. Anyone else have this message show up when trying to flip over to SEC Network in HD? Hasn't done it on my DVR since I noticed it last week.

I still had the 6416 DVR, and got this same message last week. I called in because the message lasted for 3 days, and was told that FiOS is in the process of upgrading the codecs for certain channels, and that certain receivers will no longer be able to show those channels after the upgrade is complete.

They sent me the new 7232 DVR, no questions asked.
