Depends if they have people in line waiting to get in, they would be standing outside. And there would be someone outside the door and more inside. Plus once someone is tossed they are liable to want to come back in and settle the score so you have to make sure they get the message and leave or stand ground until authorities come for the round up

Well, yes that is true. But look how far these guys are out in the street? Its as if the bouncers are looking to fight. Once they kick them out, if the guys stick around the outside part of the building... call the police.
