If he went with the Texas, he would have been a safety. Looking at his college career, I would have to agree with the OP, and Johnny would have indeed been a failure with the Texas (compared with his success as the GOAT Aggie QB). Jackass.

Well I think it's pretty clear. Some worry about character issues. Some worry about unconventional throwing stance. Some worry about his ability to see over the O-line to throw from the pocket. (Keep in mind that his pro O-line will of course be even taller than A&M's.) Some see he got injured a couple times and worry he won't last long physically. It's all been talked many a time.

Not saying they are right, just that I can see why.
