Let me tell you guys something about Kandace, since I've noticed that it seems fashionable to criticize her and her work on this forum. Because of her Miss USA title, her dedication to A&M, and her media exposure, she has done more to take down the stereotypes surrounding A&M's female population than anyone. In addition, she is a very proud Aggie who works incredibly hard at what she does. One of the most driven people that I know. Furthermore, she's trying to get into the mainstream media, that same media that most of you guys think is overrun with burnt orange and is overly negative towards Texas A&M. I think everyone should be pulling for Kandace to succeed rather than put forth the negative commentary every time her name comes up. I swear it seems like some of you have an axe to grind with particular people, people that most of you don't even know. It's sad really. I would think that Aggies would support fellow Aggies a little more, but I guess that's not the route some of you choose to take.
By the way, it was the idea of the A&M coaches to have her wear the sash and crown. Trust me, the players appreciated her showing up and it really lightened up the mood amongst the guys after a very long day of work.
To answer your question, Kandace earned her degree from A&M last year.
