You people cannot seriously be so black and white, can you? Can you see no situation in which you take your hat off as a social sign of respect, but can still see if a hat fits inside the store, whilst standing at the hat rack, without being disrespectful?

I taught at A&M for 3 years during grad school. I was always surprised with exactly how clueless 18 year old children are. I'm sure it's not just Aggies. But, ****, how did kids become so stupid? I enjoyed my freedom at 18, but now I am in shock that these people can make legal decisions on their own behalf.

There is no way to compel another to respect a tradition. We may force him to comply and take the hat off, but we cannot force him to respect the tradition.

Now, it he chooses to disregard the tradition because he does not respect the sacrifice, is he just being independent, or is he fundamentally deficient?

This pisses me off on so many different levels. It's totally disrespectful of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country. He's not deserving of the rights and freedoms that they fought and died for. I wonder how this royal dewsh nozzle would be acting had he lost one of his own family members.

I hate this culture where you can break any societal rule, like taking a dump on somebody's grave, then all is forgiven immediately after you say 'sorry, I really really didn't mean to offend anyone.'

He deserve all the ridicule he has gotten and more. He should be placed next to listeater in the special category of people specifically to be hated.
