A baller is that guy you see in a different expensive car every week. The guy that wont hesitate to buy the groceries for everybody waiting in line at H-E-B. You never see him with anything less than an 8.6/10. He has everything he wants and can still buy you everything you want but he would rather buy it so he can have it. Kinda like that kid that got a motorized minibike for xmas that one year and all you got was skates.
